I called at 5:15 eastern time and left a message. My first thought was that I wouldn’t hear back from him until a day or two later. To my surprise he called back just 5 minutes later stating that he was sorry he missed my call and that he was on the phone with the IRS on another case. He called me back 20 minutes later. I explained my story over the last few months and he was actually saddened by it. We talked for about an hour. He had me download the package, fill out the Power of Attorney and a couple other forms. I also had to come current on previous years’ taxes. I proceeded to head into work so I could fax the documents to him and not 10 minutes after I got to work I got an email from Jeff. He not only contacted the IRS already but had my previous years’ taxes already done waiting for me to sign!! This was a mere 2 hours after we initially talked.
